Refill Policy
Touch-ups are available only within 7 days of your last appointment and are limited to 30 minutes. Available for existing clients only.
Appointments booked beyond 4 weeks, or with insufficient lash retention, will require a new full set.
Clients arriving with extensions from another salon may require a removal or a full set, depending on lash condition.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling — Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and provide no notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize The Lash Spot to charge the card on file in accordance with this cancellation policy.
